I've launched and can get normal image only black squares (no prompt is not nsfw it's just a "cat")

What can be the problem?

launch something like this:
pipeline.enable_model_cpu_offload()
refiner.enable_model_cpu_offload()
images = pipeline(prompt=dict_params['prompt'], output_type="pil").images
