that is means if you stop PRO subscription, you will loss Zero-GPU Space ? since you are not the the part of organization?

you means with your personal account you still can get zero-GPU. are you ever try to stop the subscription & check whether can you still getting the gpu. please try & tell us. one more question as a pro subscription can you keep your project private & using the Zero GPU? & in which location means where you get the zero gpu option after taking pro subscription ?

paid for the PRO but not eligible for organization

Sorry but ZeroGPU creation for organizations is an Enterprise feature.

It's not clear anywhere whether Enterprise subscriptions can use Zero-GPU. This needs further clarification, especially whether it's only limited to creating Zero-GPU Spaces within the organization, or if individuals have the right as well.

I have asked Julien about that https://huggingface.co/spaces/zero-gpu-explorers/README/discussions/59#6655d6b19f42569bf17de8f3 and got no reply.

And I am also here, asking for the reason for my being ignored(/rejection?). I believe I applied for it quite early. Some of my friends had early access to the Zero-GPU community, and they were able to create a Zero-GPU space in the organizations.

To be honest, I can only feel your arrogance so far.

@JosephusCheung Well

I can only feel your arrogance so far.

Firstly, he is not arrogant , he even invited many people on ZERO.

asking for the reason for my being ignored(/rejection?).

You maybe rejected because you profile not contain any spaces or you failed profile requirements for ZERO.

How to use ZERO in org without Enterprises plan.

So, there is loophole that you can't use ZERO in organization but you can use iframe of any zero gpu space in org.

ZeroGPU Explorers org

@JosephusCheung Not sure if this workaround still exists but I was able to first create some ZERO spaces under my personal account and later transfer them to an org. Not sure if that still works though.

ZeroGPU Explorers org

@mrfakename Bro, you are in this org. So, you can transfer this. But person who has PRO but not in this org can't.

No, you first create a ZERO GPU in your personal account ( @JosephusCheung can because he has a PRO sub), then after you've created it and added your code transfer it to your organization.

@JosephusCheung I see, they must have disabled moving a ZERO space to an org.

JosephusCheung changed discussion title from Applied long time ago, no response, paid for the PRO but not eligible for organization. to NO ONE CAN CREATE a ZeroGPU in the ORGANIZATION unless they are APPROVED to join. Applied very early, NO RESPONSE!

By the way, if you are an organization and wish to use ZeroGPU but do not have an Enterprise subscription, you can still apply for a GPU grant - we review ALL grants and we can provide orgs with ZeroGPU as a grant regardless of their PRO/Enterprise subscription for cool/exciting/impactful projects 🤗

Even members of the org can no longer create ZERO spaces in organizations, only personal accounts. If you see a ZERO space by a member of the org, they likely transferred it before HF disabled transferring of ZERO spaces.

As of being in this org i can still transfer ZeroGPU spaces to orgs.

Hey folks, I'm Omar from the HF team.

I see frustration in the thread due to lack of transparency and communication on Zero GPU, so I would like to shed some light.

First of all, we clearly need to document things better in a public way. We've been iterating very quickly on the program the last couple of weeks which has led to some changes, so I apologize for the lack of clearer documentation. We'll do better.

Second, I want to clarify this is a beta program. We're providing a large amount of compute to enable the community to do demos and share with others. Please consider that. As part of a closed beta release, we cannot open ZeroGPU to everyone. We're gathering feedback, improving the features, and preparing to keep scaling it up. Unfortunately, that's why we cannot simply auto-accept everyone in the organization, so current grants have been going to previous Space builders or people building new Spaces getting lots of usage.

Now, to clarify some questions:

  • All users in the zero-gpu-explorers org can create ZeroGPU Spaces under their profiles (not organizations)
  • All PRO users and Enterprise organizations can create ZeroGPU. We should document this better on the enterprise page.
  • Neither PRO nor zero-gpu-explorers users can create ZeroGPU Spaces under an organization.
  • ZeroGPU Spaces is limited to 10 Spaces per namespace (that is, per user or per org)
  • Someone reported they could not rename ZeroGPU Spaces if they hit the limit. This is a bug, we'll fix it
  • We have no concept of early users. All users in this org have the same permissions.

Things are prone to change, as it's a beta program and we're iterating on it and scaling it.

Independently of the Zero GPU Program, Hugging Face also has a Community Grants program. Users can go to the settings tab and request a GPU, and we've provided thousands of GPUs through it, including ZeroGPU access. You might see some Zero GPU Spaces in orgs due to provided grants

Please be patient as we keep rolling out this feature. We have over 700 users in early access, PRO, and Enterprise access as well, and power 600+ Spaces you can browse here. We plan to keep providing grants and expand the scope of access in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

It's good to see some official clarification now, after all, there was a lot of ambiguity about the program's strategy before.

Honestly, as one of the less affluent beginners, we really need the opportunity to learn and practice with the ZERO-GPU program, which is invaluable for a large number of people who don't have access to expensive hardware. I think that's what this program is all about.

Finally, I would like to thank the official team for their efforts in this project. I wish the project well.

For organizations to create ZeroGPU Spaces, they can subscribe to Enterprise Hub
