Running on Zero

My network seems to be blocking this space as it gets stuck halfway through the loading before getting stuck

and the instance created whenever I log in won't even load in

, I'm not sure why, i have try to access it on celular data and it works but this is the second WiFi in which this has happened to me, i can't access the space on any device, unsure about my options i am wondering if someone else is experiencing this problem and if there's anything that can be done on the server's end.
