Embedded UI Not running on Website - Help Needed!

I'm having trouble embedding this (it's not clear what exactly) on my website. The user interface (UI) appears when I embed the iframe directly, but when I run in the website itself, nothing happens except for a timer that keeps running. The embedded content only loads after I refresh the page.
I'm new so can anyone help me out with that or any reason why it's actually happening??
