Thomas was his name, a traveller with camera hanging from shoulder and smile that could light up any room dark as night. Photography was what he came to the village for. Their eyes connected, and in that moment, something ignited between them. Chapter 2: The Growing Connection In the following weeks, Thomas became a regular visitor to that bakery. He discussed for hours over cups of coffee and fresh croissants with Emily. They talked about their childhood, hopes and fears.
