Clear link between app and the underlying model and Github code repo

It doesn't seem there are obvious links right now from the app (README, for example) that would allow finding the HF model repo and the Github code repo.
I added a link to the HF model and GitHub repo to the app:
I just noticed a typo. The second link has a stray text " model".
