Sometimes latex rendering doesn't work

In multiple conversations, latex code somtimes is not rendered and appear as raw text.

We were escaping the model's raw text output before rendering markdown&latex, which means the latex delimiters like \[ \] or $$ ... $$$ were messed up, now we render first then escape it which fixed things.
@nsarrazin ahh, I see. That's indeed a huge problem. If I understand it correctly, that mistake would've basically disabled latex rendering in all chats. I wonder why the issue didn't blow up.
