Which version of GPT4 was tested here?

The current #1 model on this leaderboard is "GPT4"... but which version did you actually test with? (i.e. GPT4-turbo, gpt4o, gpt4o-mini, etc.)
Same question actually applies to the other proprietary models as well. Thanks!
