Updated so we can only have a single person connected to a room at a time to avoid any privacy issues where listeners join in for a speaker. Ideally there is a timeout but this was more involved to disconnect people so will be a separate change.
Tested that first tab can join a room and start streaming, second tab gets an error, and if the first tab leaves the second tab can join
