Something get wrong when run it locally

I clone the repo to my pc, and when I try the app, It looks like I find two bugs.
- When I click the button "submit"(for VQA), nothing in the output.
- When I click the "Caption it", it reports an error:
"Something went wrong
Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)"
Can you tell me how to fix that?
The demo won’t run out of the box on your local environment. No backend implementation is included.
