jax tpu requirement is not needed on the space, but gpu is

can you instead install JAX with jax[cuda11_pip]and refer to this requirements file? https://huggingface.co/spaces/jax-diffusers-event/canny_coyo1m/blob/main/requirements.txt
others fail unfortunately or cause issues about DNN initialization
