Can't create DOI
This issue has been happening with several of our repos. We haven't been able to create DOIs for any but one of them. When attempting to do so, we receive an error saying that a network resource has failed to be fetched. Any potential causes?
Thanks
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the issue you're facing with generating DOIs for your repositories. Unfortunately, we haven't come across any problems with DOI generation
To assist you further, I recommend checking out the official Hugging Face documentation on DOIs. They provide detailed information and guidelines on generating DOIs. You can find it here: https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/doi#digital-object-identifier-doi.
Cheers

@Sylvestre Hi. I did that. Like I said, it worked on one of our previous repos with no issue. Following the same steps, it now doesn't work. We retried several times and in several repos, to no avail.
To better understand the problem and provide you with the appropriate support, could you please provide the following information:
- Browser: Could you please let me know which browser you are using to perform the DOI generation process? This information will help us identify if the issue is browser-specific.
- Network Activity Screenshot: It would be beneficial if you could provide us with a screenshot of the network activity by opening the browser's development tools during the DOI generation process. This will allow us to analyze the network requests and responses, which may reveal any potential errors or inconsistencies.

@Sylvestre
hi! Any updates? we are still not able to create DOIs. We will need them soon for citing.
Thank you and have a nice day!
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any concrete solutions to propose to you. It seems to be related to your browser, so you can try the following:
- Clear your browser cache
- Try using a different browser
- Try to disable adblocker
Hey @ongkn , we have identified and fixed the issue with Firefox. It should work now. ππ»
@Sylvestre thanks a lot for letting us know!
