Knowledge Date Cut Off Time?

When we ask Llama-3.1-Nemotron-70B-Instruct, what is your knowledge cut off time? it returns:
-Training Data: 2021
-General Updates: Mid-2022
Comparatively, when I ask the standard Llama 3.1 70B Instruct model the same question, it replies with:
-My knowledge cutoff is currently December 2023.
I wonder why the standard model (which Nemotron is supposed to be based out of) has a more recent cut off time?
