Code snippet also uses soundfile, so ideally we install this too. What you can do is:

pip install --upgrade pip
pip install --upgrade transformers sentencepiece datasets[audio]

=> this will install the correct builds of librosa/soundfile for audio decoding with datasets and soundfile writing in the code snippet
