Discrepancy between biomed_clip_example.ipynb and Hosted Interface API

Hi, thanks for the really interesting work! I noticed I get different results in the example notebook vs the API (see below) for the same example image. Could you explain that discrepancy?
This should be fixed. Can you try it again, following the latest ipynb (https://huggingface.co/microsoft/BiomedCLIP-PubMedBERT_256-vit_base_patch16_224/blob/main/biomed_clip_example.ipynb)?
