Okay, I've added example usage code to the readme, which shows how to use the model without the preprocessor. I also recommend checking out the readme on github (https://github.com/fpgaminer/joycaption) which has more details.

As for preprocessor_config.json, I need to dig in and see if I can get it to behave properly. The stock processor is buggy, but it would certainly be nice to get it working to simplify usage.
