Can you please publish the base model as well?
I would very much like to tune my own custom instruct model on top of the base model.

Yes this is instruct-tuned model
Jamba 1.5 Mini and Jamba 1.5 Large are both instruct models.
We did release the based version of Jamba Mini earlier this year and it's available here https://huggingface.co/ai21labs/Jamba-v0.1 .
At this point of time we don't plan to release the base version of Jamba 1.5 Large.
