Update property _name_or_path to model name on HF Hub.

additionally add another property _name_or_path_parent to the parent model(s).

Hi, thanks for the PR! Is this needed to run the model or is there some other reason to update the config? An alternative would be to add the base_model arg to the README metadata (I'm a bit reluctant to tweak the config unless needed)
