I am free to use material, but not sell it ok...but if i use the AI for put imagine in my book i can sell my book or no?

According to the copywrite office Raws AI images: Basically what you get from the AI without any major changes nor editing No you can't copyright them.
You still have to modify the image to make it an original piece done by you then yes you can.
It's important to respect the model owner's wishes and use AI art responsibly.
