Repetitive pattern of generated sequences?

Hi @AmelieSchreiber ! First of all, great job with the retraining of the model!
I made some (quite limited so far) tests with the model and I noticed that the sequences of the peptides that are being generated given any sequences are quite repetitive. By 'repetitive', I mean that a few amino acids are showing up very frequently and most of the amino acids never appear. In my limited tests, the sequences (20-residues long) have no more than 5-7 different amino acids only.
Do you see the same thing ? Any ideas about what might be going on here?
