fix license
LOL, cute move, as if the leaker has a right to put a license on a leaked model!
The proper license is "SouthPark" - This model should not be used by anyone, for any reason.

I totally agree with @ehartford here, miqu super model, but is a leaked model, it's just completely utterly wrong using it.
@ivanfioravanti And anything you do with it can't be monetized or used in any shape or way. (They will need a legal team if someone does actual work on this model). It is mostly for the LOLS.
Morally wrong, but it would cost less to make a better version of that model than paying a legal team to sue unlimited number of people/companies. Even the CEO of Mistral did not make a big fuss about that leaked (quantized) model by either asking HuggingFace to remove it, or users not to use it! Commercially or otherwise. You remember the first few weeks after Llama-1 when Meta asked HuggingFace and GitHub to remove everything that offers Llama-1 weights? Now, that was a licensed model.
Once the weights are out in the open without any license, they are out in the open! Even if it's watermarked you must be a very big company (meta) to take anyone to court and sue them base on some generated responses you got your hands on and suspect it was your model! Most open-source models here say they were developed by OpenAI when you ask them!
All tensors ("weights") provided by the Software shall not be conjoined with
other tensors ("merging")
What about reading the value of the tensor and then writing a new tensor of a value derived through a mathematical transformation between it and one or more other compatibly shaped tensors?

its not utterly wrong using it, and using leaked model weights is not illegal as they are not copyrightable. The mistral team don't really seem to have a huge model with this model being public.
yeah, I didn't say nobody should use it.
I said that the license should disallow anyone from using it.
in the same sense that SouthPark says "DUE TO ITS CONTENT IT SHOULD NOT BE VIEWED BY ANYONE" - knowing full well that it will be viewed regardless.
