 - Generally struggles with anatomy, just keep generating for better anatomy. My experience is roughly 50/50.
 - The ABDL lora is not at all perfect. Supplementary Loras with ABDL at a higher strength generates great results in my experience (cribs work great).
 - These Loras tend to place random diapers around as objects on the floor and rarely even as characters. Regenerating images or inpainting can work around them nicely.
