I hope this message find you well. Can any author upload the paper without official review in HuggingFace Daily Paper? If so, how to confirm the quality of the paper.

Authors need to have at least one paper previously featured on the paper page and claim it with their Hugging Face account to gain submission access. And only papers published within the last 7 days can be submitted. This helps make sure the papers are the latest work from the researcher in the community. cc:@akhaliq
